Plan it. | No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t make my schedule in #Philly work to get onto the Ben Franklin bridge. The pedestrian walkway had hours of operation that just didn’t mesh with weather conditions and our itinerary. So we took some midnight shots from the ground instead! Next time I will have a better plan! #Philadelphia #pennsylvania #visitphilly
